Services and Fees

Individual therapy

50-minute individual therapy session, focused on your unique identity, experiences, and perspectives. There may be specific experiences you would like to process, symptoms you’d like to manage, or treatment you’d like to pursue. 80-minute sessions are available by request.

Couples Therapy

50-minute couples therapy session. In these sessions, the focus is not on treating any individual client, but rather on understanding the existing dynamics in your relationship, and working to elicit change in the direction you’d like to go. We collaboratively set goals and may focus on improving communication, intimacy, sexuality, or reducing conflict. 80-minute sessions are available by request.

MBCT Group Therapy

120-minute mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) for groups. Groups typically consist of 4-8 members, plus one group facilitator, meeting for 8 weeks in total. The focus is on learning and practicing mindfulness skills for particular concerns within a safe and supportive group context. Previous groups have focused on using mindfulness tools for depressive symptoms, chronic pain, and sexual dysfunction. Contact for more information.
